All bonuses and promotions offered by AceWin subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x depending on the bonus type selected.
• Reload Bonus: Awarded on subsequent deposits. Wagering requirements and validity periods vary by promotion.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses over a one-week period. Credited every Monday.
• Referral Bonus: Awarded when the referred friend makes their first deposit and meets the minimum activity requirements.

Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash before the wagering requirements have been met. AceWin reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, misuse, or breach of terms.

• All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG).
• Live casino game outcomes depend entirely on the actions of a real dealer and are final once the round is completed.
• For Sports Betting including the Malaysia Super League and EPL, official results from the relevant sporting body are final.
• For e-sports betting including Mobile Legends and PUBG, the official results of recognised tournaments are final.

AceWin reserves the right to void any bets or rounds that occur during a system outage or an obvious technical error. In such cases, players will receive a full refund of their original stake.

To ensure a safe and fair environment for all players AceWin, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Holding more than one account AceWin (including accounts held by members of the same family at the same address).
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate games.
• Committing credit card fraud, filing false chargebacks, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with security systems AceWin.

AceWin employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that operates 24 hours a day. Any suspicious activity will be promptly investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

AceWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Players may also request to permanently close their account by contacting the support team AceWin. Prior to the termination being processed, all active bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned to the original payment method.

AceWin provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, AceWin shall not be liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from unavoidable service disruptions (force majeure).
• Actions or failures on the part of third-party payment service providers.
• Losses arising from third-party use of your account as a result of your own negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, however arising.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by AceWin is subject to our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this overall agreement. AceWin complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia in all aspects of user data processing.

Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data is only shared with service providers directly involved in the operation of the platform AceWin, including payment processors and identity verification platforms.

AceWin takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits and ensure it remains a healthy form of entertainment.

• Deposit Limit: Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
